Loud muffler manifold pipe
It costs nothing to remove the ignition key and then the car won't make any kind of noise...
Have you ever heard the saying "a cobbler's son is the worst shod?" This is true to a great extent but would a man allow his wife to drive around in a car with an exhaust leak knowing how dangerous exhaust gas is to the car occupants, especially if the leak was a quick inexpensive fix?
By being dropped low I assume you mean it has lowered suspension. If that work had been competently carried out it wouldn't contribute to the annoying noise though it is likely to make the exhaust more vulnerable to damage.
While an exhaust and the attachments are relatively simple in theory, in practice due to corrosion, damage and erosion those attachments can be difficult and time consuming to remove.
You need the opinion of an experienced person after he has seen under the car.

How much R-12 Freon does a 1990 honda accord require?
charging an ac system by the can is a sure fire way of stuffing it up and blowing hoses
gas is entered by pressure and you need the correct manifold and gauges to get it right
now that you have some in it , take it to an accredited specialist shop and have it topped up properly
Aloha, I have
I suggest you have no need to worry about this. The conditions may not be right for the fan to "after run"
1990 accord won't start, engine turns over and put in new spark plugs and wires. What else should I check/do?
Check for gas and spark to the engine. I'm thinking a '90 accord might be multi-point injection, although they transitioned about then from throttle body injection to multi-port injection. Either way, you need to check if the injectors are firing and putting gas into the engine. Does the fuel pump work? Is there pressure in the gas feed line?
Usually, a no start is because the engine has lost either fuel or spark. You need to check for both. Use a spark tester from parts store- a cheap and easy test for spark.
How do I fix a starting issue?
There is a little wire that connects to the starter which could have vibrated off this puts the key power to the starter.
