You mean after turning off the choke i assume I would start by cleaning the idle jet in your carb it must be clear to idle off choke

valve lash on the intake .003 to .005 inch, .08 to .12 mm,exhaust .004"to.0055 inch,.10 to .14 mm (cold engine).
