Starting or Dying Issues

My brand new TNG Milano 150 scooter won't start, or will die while riding. Still under warranty. The dealer first cleaned the carb, and then replaced the carb. Both attempts only fixed the problem temporarily (under 60 miles). Now the dealer is refusing to honor the warranty.

Direct bikes 50cc scooter wont start

If this is a new ride, return to the dealer for help. If yo do anything, you will void your warranty. Go back and get a complete run down on the operation of this machine.

Stalling

Check your batteries, they might be ready to die. Stalling is a sign your are not getting enough power to the scooter and when you do, it runs until they run low again. Kinda like a cell phone batt, ones it dies and you wait awhile you can get it started but only for a couple of minutes before dying again.

Scooter sputtered and quit while riding. Gas dripping from bottom

The blue header on your posting says a Milano 150cc which is a single cylinder four stroke. You write the bike is 49cc. That small an engine it is probably a two stroke (mix gas with oil)???? Which bike do you have???
Four stroke or two stroke chances are that the carb float has a bit of trash not letting the float needle close fully. Remove the carb and clean it. re-mount it then Remove the water trap bowl from the bottom of the petcock (gas valve). Is there any trash in the bowl?
Dump the bowl and remount. It may be that your bike does not have the water trap bowl I have mentioned.
