You should have a solenoid that is the problem. The solenoid is a relay that closes the heavy power to the
starter when the starter switch is closed. The clicking is the solenoid closing but not making contact. The
contacts are burned or dirty. Most solenoids now are not cleanable, just switch out the part.

pull up the rubber foot panel and near the back there should be a square panel with 3 or four screws, remove them and take the panel off, battery should be there.

The blue header on your posting says a Milano 150cc which is a single cylinder four stroke. You write the bike is 49cc. That small an engine it is probably a two stroke (mix gas with oil)???? Which bike do you have???
Four stroke or two stroke chances are that the carb float has a bit of trash not letting the float needle close fully. Remove the carb and clean it. re-mount it then Remove the water trap bowl from the bottom of the petcock (gas valve). Is there any trash in the bowl?
Dump the bowl and remount. It may be that your bike does not have the water trap bowl I have mentioned.

Typically on a KingQuad, the oil capacity is about 2.6 quarts.

A local mechanic should be able to do the work for a lot less than a dealership. Also, consider changing the transmission fluid. You should also get the oil and fluids checked for any metal shavings that could indicate a fault in the engine.
