If you get one spoke right then tapping it will give a certain pitch/sound. Then you can compare it to the rest. There is a technique for lacing a spoked wheel, it would be advisable to have a professional do the work.

SOURCE: 1980 yamaha xs400g special

The crank case should be tightend in a criss cross pattern. Top,bottom, side, side in a circle. The bigger bolts torque to 25 lbs, the smaller ones 10 lbs. I would do the big ones with a torque wrench and the smaller ones by hand. Chaz Moto DC

What is the tighteing sequence on a 97 5.2 dodge ram 1500 connecting rods

First thing to do is use plasti guage in the inside of each bearing cup, tighten to spec and then remove it, measure the expansion of the plasti gauge to see if the clearance is within specs. Apply assembly grease and reassemble if ok. Two bolts on a bearing cap don't have a sequence to speak of. You finger tighten them both to the same point. Get a torque wrench and set it to half of the final value, tighten one, tighten the other, reset the wrench to final value, tighten one, tighten the other.
