You may need to Examine the C D I Pickup sensor AIR GAP !--Unless You feel qualified to so do , then May I suggest a Friend with KAWASAKI Manual, or Relable Electronics Repairer ( Auto Electician can IF You have book for them to follow !--This is most frustrating problem for You &I can Empathise with You!---However, as far as Simplistic tests APART from disconnecting KILL SWITH "Temporarily" & trying, They can cause IGNITION CURRENT to flow to Earth connections too!---Perhaps You could Ensure Terminals are Clean & Tight on Ignition Coil, & that its EARTHING is "shiny" & coil is mounted firmly!!!---Check WITHOUT HT Spark plug Cap, they have Carbon internally & tend to Degrade !--Good Luck!--Stay Upright" Des.

Engine shuts off after driving 45 min when parking in reverse. But 15 min before this engine and slippery road icon comes on.2 hrs later car starts and drives normal then shuts off again 45 min later.

most commonly found problem relates to an electronic component heating up and shutting down. Have you checked to confirm there is fuel pressure when the vehicle shuts off. Is the check engine light on. Have you checked codes ? I suggest hooking up a fuel pressure gauge and letting vehicle run till it shuts off while monitoring the fuel pressure. If you loose fuel pressure, next step is to confirm there power going to the pump, if there is power going to the pump with no fuel pressure replace pump. Another suggestion would be to check for spark when vehicle stops running to eliminate an ignition problem. good luck

When i am driving my suzuki ignis (1.3,manual,2001)in a traffic(more than 45 mins)engine starts to miss(check light indicates) and it stops.cant start it for about 10-15 mins

I have a 2001 Suzuki Ignis and I have a similar problem. When I start the engine 5 beeps are heard and the hazard lights turn off and on with each beep. Also after I have been driving for about 45 mins 3 beeps are heard and the hazard lights turn off and on again. However my engine does not stop running. I have asked people about it and they think that it has something to do with a lose wire in the security system? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

'84 Ford Ranger cuts off after about 30 mins of driving.

sounds like the auto choke isnt turning itself off properly but to be totally honest i would need this to happen when i test drive it to diagnose it correctly .

My bike wont start

I have the same problem and same model (2008 KTM Adventure 990 S) so injection, not carburator.
I didn't start the engine for three months. I bought a brand new battery. Lights, fuel pump and everything seemed to be ok at the first key turn. But when you try to turn it even more to definitely start the engine, ignition fails. I think the electric engine of the starter is not working properly.
I tried to start the engine driving down the slope and releasing the clutch in 2nd gear at aprox 30 km/h and it started successfully.
I left it idle until became hot (15 min aprox) and the turned it off.
however it didn't start again when trying the ignition button.
Any ideas?
