Bogging Alright this bogging down while sitting at stop lights is getting annoying. Its been doing this when it gets above 194 degrees for the last year. Every time I replace the plugs it goes away then after about 3,000 miles it comes back (plugs look fine nice and clean). Talked to my LBS and he said the gixxers when they get over 194 degrees dumps more fuel in the engine to try to cool it off. I have had this bike since the start and it didn't do this then just with in the last year. Is there any way to tell the computer not to dump as much? Or is there another problem we are not seeing.

Check the fuel pump output. Some will work but not have enough output for the instances you describe. Find a place that can test the fuel pump pressure.

Do you have a check engine light on ? If so Get codes first for a direction. Sounds like temp sender or coolant component is faulty.

45mph constant: 200° max (CHT=225-235°)

35-45mph city, mostly moving: Usually <210° (CHT=250-260°)

Heavy stop-and-go city traffic: Max 230° (CHT=270-290° max)

Make sure your radiator isn't clogged or dirty, then it's very important to know at how many degrees do the sensor that you bought activate the fans (It's written on the sensor). Be sure that is no more than 80°C (176°F), cause most of those sensors activate above 100°C (212°F) at that point the water of the radiator is already boiling so you don't want that. After that the radiator cap should be 16psi of pressure to open if it's below 16psi change it. Finally buy a good antifreezer/coolant (I would recommend Prestone Antifreezer/coolant)

check fuel filter and pump ---fuel filter maybe partially clogged-- possible pump getting hot and or 99 known for corrosion problem in the connector at the fuel pump

Try using a garden hose to wash down the condensor coil (the coil that is exposed to the outside air).
During the cooler times when it seems to be working, check the temperature difference of the air coming out against the temperature of the air coming in (room temperature air). The temperature should be approximately 16 to 22degF difference. If you are not getting at least 16degF air, you most likely need to have your unit serviced to see if professionial cleaning or a recharge is needed. If you are getting the temperature difference but not getting the amount of cooling you need during hot weather, it could be a capacity problem. what is happening is there is tomuch grass in deck & not discharging as fast as it cuts it if deck is ajustable put it on high setting then try if it works then got back over it with a lower setting this is most likely the case to much grass in deck while mowing blade gets cought up alot with alot of grass in deck

i think something is chokeing it either the air filter or the catalytic converter or it could be 1 of the intake sensors

Your filter is clogged. Not the one at the bottom of the unit.The one above the unit. It is like a raditor coils, kind of a bear to get to. We have cats and dogs the filter gets most of the hair but not all.Usualy about 6 bolts to take out.The proublem will be at the bottom of the top filter.
