Check cheapcycleparts com micro fiches for your standard wheel, parts list will tell you what bike it will fit when you click on the wheel .
No the 87 & 94 run the same disc & size so the calipers will suit fine as will the forks worst case you may have to change the bearings in the wheels to suit the axle but i dout it as the axle, spacer and drive box are also the same .

You always want to use the highest octane gas u can find in a motorcycle engine .... 91 at least

VT1100 has two spark plugs per cylinder, the sparkplug caps are snap-ons so they're fairly easy to remove. You need a spark plug socket wrench to remove and replace the spark plugs.

My repair manual and local shop specify 15-16 oz per tube. weight can be changed to suit your ride quiality preferences.

Check the out put of your regulator/rectifier, though rare with honda r/r's since they are made very well and rarely break down ( at least the older model ones ) it could be what is causing this unless you have a short circuit in your wiring harness.

Fuel pump relay...had this problem a couple years ago. It's used for if the bike tips over, it kills the fuel pump. You can bypass this or find a used relay. New ones are discontinued. It shows in the Honda service manual for that year how to bypass the relay to test the fuel pump. In your case it's to test to see if the relay is the cause of it dying...mine would die and then not start for some time...then it would start as if nothing was wrong until it happened again. thanks I had done that...all parts are similar but I am now wondering if I put a 94 wheel on, will I then have to change calipers, forks etc. ny more help would be appreciated
