It sounds like you have a fouled spark plug and possibly bad spark plug caps. Try replacing the spark plugs and the spark plug caps. The spark plug caps simply unscrew off of the ends of the wires. You can test them with a voltage meter. They should read 5000 OHM's no higher or lower. Buy NGK brand replacement caps. They are what come standard on your machine and will cost about $5 each instead of $20 each from Kawasaki. Hope this helps.

Loping idle 1995 honda accord occurs when ac is on for a few minutes seems like the compressor clutch is engaging and disengaging it is a nuisance and the air doesnt blow as cold

bad compressor? (seizing) or
or engine is so weak, at idle (lean), that it cant run your compressor.
the reason for the lope is the ECU idle speed controls going crazy.
id say, the ISC is a victim here.

96 concord 3.5 lopes at idle and bucks at a constant speed

What you describe is a cylinder not contributing,This can be from a misfire such as a broken sparkplug wire to a broken sparkplug, If it was a vacuum leak it would lope at idle but not buck at high speed,

Rough idling/loping at idle it otherwise runs fine off idle.

1. Vacuum leakage Check throttle body and intake manifold for tightness. check all vacuum hoses.
2. Faulty fuel or pump or electrical.
3. Plugged PVC valve.
4. Air filter clogged
5. Leaking head gasket.
6. Camshaft lobs worn.
All of these porblems can cause lopes or erratic idle.

Engine idles rough at red lights begins loping rpms drop to almost killing, then cycles back to normal, then repeats rough idle drop in rpms and loping, back and forth until I rev engine or take off

You could have a clogged fuel filter, if you haven't changed it in awhile. You could have a leak in the intake system somwhere also. When you slow down, you get less power to the engine. It may need spark plugs and wires as well, if in need for a tune up.

Loping idle with a '98 Subauru 2.5

This usually happens when the fuel pump is loosing pressure.

I will just advice you make a replacement on the fuel pump. It is located in the fuel tank beneath the back seat.

Be sure to consider the rating on the fuel pump when replacing.

Good luck and rate my solution.
