Changed the battery on my 2004 Hyundai Sonata and now the ABS and Parking Brake lights stay on, and the radio and air blower will not work. Checked all of the fuses and they are all good. Everything else functions properly.

ABS light stays on

Could mean anything associated with the ABS. Fuse, sensor, brake fluid, wiring, etc. Something has changed and it's telling you to get it checked out.

Jump on over to autozone and have them plug a diagnostic tool up to the car. It'll give you a readout of what buzzers are going off - and the friendly staff there will likely have the part you need.

The brake light on my dashboard has been coming on and staying on in my 2003 Hyundai Santa Fe. What does this mean?

This can mean one of a few things.First, make sure your parking brake is fully released and not even slightly engaged.Next, check your brake fluid level.A low level will trigger a brake light.which this is probably your concern. Finally, your abs(if equipped) could be failing.More than likely it is simple enough as a low fluid problem.Have all four corners checked to make sure all your brakes are up to par and you should be ok.Hope I could help.Rate me accordingly. Thanks!!

Parking brake light stays on

If it's just the light that stays on, often that's a sign that your brake fluid is low.

Tail lights stay on

There is a switch that should shut these off when the front door is opened. Have the dealer fix under warranty.
