I want to know how to calculate kilometers into liters of diesel

Fill up the tank. Record the current odometer reading,Drive until the fuel gauge shows about half a tank. Fill up the tank and note how many liters went in. Subtract the recorded odometer reading from the current odometer reading. Divide by how much fuel you just put in. The result is km/l.

9A5CAP appear on the odometer of a 2007 dodge caravan what does 9A5CAP mean ?

Gas cap could be loose, check that. Then you need to have code cleared with a scanner. Autozone may do it for free.

Petrol per km

Note the odometer reading. Fill the tank completely. Drive for 500-2000 km, refilling the tank as necessary, and recording exactly how much fuel is required each time to refill. At the end of the test, refill the tank one last time - recording how much fuel it required - and note the odometer reading again.

Add up all the fuel used in the entire test, NOT including the first fillup but INCLUDING the last one. The result is the fuel consumed during this test.

Subtract your starting odometer reading from your ending odometer reading. The result is the exact number of km traveled during this test.

Divide the number of km by the number of liters (km/l) to get your average fuel efficiency.

My odometer reading changes, it was 87,900 when i bought it. Last week it was 99,900 and today it is 88,900...What is going on? I have a 2009 toyota corolla that I bought in June 2012

There is a reading on the Lower Right that indicates if it is Km or MI, It sounds like your Instrument Cluster is going bad or someone made a mistake with the Mileage on the Oil Change Sticker.

Pay close attention for the next few days and see what happens....
