Jack up the drivers side of the car, crawl under and look where the transmission bolts to the engine. you cant miss it :) it will have a big wire coming off of it ( power wire)

My 87 rx7 got a new battery for it and when i put the new one in now there is no power to the ignition could this be a fuse or a starter problem?

It would be a fuse or wiring issue not starter if there is no power to the ignition switch.
Ignition switches were not high failure items. The 86/91 RX7 had electrical issues. Check fuses, grounds, battery cable ends(for corrosion in wire at connecter, swollen looking wire) look up all the TSB's for the car. If you like working on the car yourself, get alldatadiy well worth it. And go to foxed.ca to download the FSM. (mazda factory shop manual)

Mazda rx7 1989, when aclerate it jst revs out and doesnt move slipping

I am assuming it's a standard. Your clutch and pressure plate are slipping. Check to see if the clutch can be adjusted , if not they have to be replaced

I have a 1989 mazda rx7 convertible automatic with the 13b rotary engine and im going to swap the engine and tranny for the 13b turbo engine and manual tranny, and also have ecu.is it hard to swap and how.

its not hard at all. as long as your good with your hands. and know the basics of your rx7. other then that everything bolts in. you just need a turbo driveshaft for sure. or they sell a custom driveshaft on mazdatrix.com so you can keep your N/A differential.

When I try starting my 1987 Mazda rx7 it clicks

Check the battery, have a load test done on the battery, and check the connections at the battery and the battery post, make sure they are shiny clean, then of course check the alternator,to make sure it is charging enough,13.65 volts to 14.25 volts, any less replace the alternator,If all this checks out good, replace the starter.
