The 303 is a misfire, and if there's no issue with the plugs or wires, I've replace a TON of ignition coils. If you remove the coil pack and see ANY type of crack in the mold on the bottom, replace it, it's done! The 171 and 174 are typically the intake plenum seals. The plenum gasket doesn't need to be replace, but the lower seals and bolt/seal kit (the bolts that hold it on to the intake manifold) require changing.
Code P0303 is #3 cylinder misfire this could be a bad coil, spark plug wire spark plug or fuel injector, code 402 usually is a bad DPFE which is part of the EGR system
System Too Lean (Bank 2)
Basically this means that an oxygen sensor in bank 2 detected a lean condition (too much oxygen in the exhaust.
Note: This DTC is very similar to P0171, and in fact your vehicle may show both codes at the same time.
