I have a 1985 honda accord with a miss . I have put in plug wires cap rotor still mis

so mine does the same, ignition system has been completely replaced and still 3&4 plugs show wet with gas and not firing, I believe there is something wrong with the CVCC valve, thats the extra 4th little valve in the head that operates the pre-combusion chamber where the spark plug is.

Spark plug replacement

after purchasing replacement spark plugs and wires and making sure to have them correctly gapped use a 5/8 spark plug socket remove one at a time and replace in that order to make sure you dont mess up firing order gently remove boot on the first plug then unscrew plug place new plug in secure wire by snapping boot onto plug if theres oil in your cylinder youll need to replace tube seals common problem with hondas seal kit comes with valve cover gasket its fairly simple.
replace all of them the same way one at a time.
