I have a 2007 BMW 750li. It has about 21000 miles on it and we use high test gas in the car. Over the last few months it has started jerking when you stop and your foot is on the brake. It has also started hesitating then lurching forward when you take you foot off the brake and apply the gas. What could be causing this?

This might actually be a software issue in the car. It can be taken care of at the dealer with re-programming. Its best to leave it for a few days because drivability concerns such as these can be the hardest to pin point. Best of luck and please let me know if anything changes.

What the best tires for 2007 bmw 750i

Per TireRack.com, there were four tire size options for a 2007 BMW 750i starting at 18 inch going to 21 inch wheels. You will need to know what size you car currently has and whether they are staggered (narrow front/wider rear) or the same front/rear. You will also need to know if they are "Run flat" or regular. The site has good testing articles and ratings of various brands. The Uniform Tire Quality Grade number rates tire longevity (higher number lasts longer 100= approx. 7,200 miles) and the letters are for traction (AA is best) and temperature (A is best).
Continental Extreme Contact DWS is available in your size works well as an Ultra High Performance All Season.

What are the recals on 2006 750li

Hi, I purchased a 2006, BMW 750li 7 months ago..this car has 71,000 miles and I hardly drove it since buying it.However, I noticed that fluids was leaking and to my a long story short, I took it the the BMW dealership-they changed the oil pan, but the reason for going was because it started showing transmission fault, and when I put the gear in drive it jumps back to park-on top of a very hard jerk when I put into drive to drive off. I ask the dealer to re set the fault control, but the car is doing the same thing..anyone has a solution to this problem? The said I need a transmission, and it will cost $7,700.00

2006 Z4 2000cc. 21000 miles, eight appearances of the light, none explained satisfactorily by BMW. One occasion--caught out the BMW dealer telling fibs. had an apology from BMW. Came on a few months ago....

Take it to an independent BMW mechanic as BMW dealers use technician level people who replace parts not mechanic level training
an independent may have a better idea about the problems
and get the fault codes read and ask for their meaning

My cigarette lighter is out. where is the fuse. I know where the box is but which fuse is the lighter on a 2007 bmw 750li.. what is the symbol

most solid rule of thumb is to get a test light from auto part store and check all fuses in the box.. sometimes a fuse can blow in a circuit label something else than what you are looking for.. can't miss with checking all

My 735 IL ran out of gas

the fuel pump is located in the gas tank, do you hear it pumping. electronic pumps don't like to run out of gas, the gas cools the pump.

"car jerks/jumps"

These is because of the improper combustion, so you better check the air filter and the exhaust along with that you replace all the spark plugs
