Please start from the location where you put gas to help improve your search for the fuel relay. And you can also call Winnebago directly to ask them to email you the wiring diagram with this phone number: 800-537-1885
what size 21 ft or 23 ft and as for service manuals can try rv dealers--rv shops --rv forums or online searches such as https://www.winnebago.com/owners/owner-resources/manuals-and-diagrams
limited information --didnt state what size [length] you have a chevy engine but that doesnt mean to much since their are multi chassis used the following forum has owner-operator-service manuals that you can down load or you can call an rv shop [parts] and ask what type of radiator fits your vehicle https://www.rvforum.net/threads/winnebago-chassis-resources.20624/ and this is winnebago site https://www.winnebago.com/owners/owner-resources/manuals-and-diagrams/operator-manuals/1987
Hi I have a couple of links where you can download all the operator manual, plumbing diagrams, interior brochures, looks like everything that Winnebago ever printed for your View RV all for free and you don't have to sign up or register for anything. If you have any questions or I can help with any other information please let me know! The two links are at the bottom of answer, each link will have several downloads dealing with your RV
You my friend have a project ahead of you. I don't think Itasca could get you a wiring diagram for it. Most of them were built on "running assembly" lines and sourced parts from assorted suppliers. Depending on what's inoperative, you will probably building your own harness'. You might check with some of the larger RV shops for advice/tech info but I'm afraid you're in for an adventure.. (sorry, didn't have better answer)
