Most likely a fuse. Check the fuse box and refer to the owner's manual to see which fuse it is, or you can just pull the fuses until you find the one blown. Horn fuses are 15 amps most of the time.

How to tell if a fuse in 2003 Kia Sorento is good

None of those would be fixed by replacing the battery. Or did you replace the battery and then all of those stopped working?

You can tell of blade fuses are blown if you full them and hold them up to the light. That is a whole lot of stuff not working. I would say you need a good auto-electrician.

Can i change the fuse number 41 with the fuse 42 in the front fuse box

IF the fuse in 41 is the exact same size as 42.
You can NOT put a 20 amp fuse in a 15 amp fuse position safely. It will work, but may not pop if there is a problem.
Also, if you changed them and the vehicle started to work, than the fuse in one of them has broken. You need to replace it with a new fuse.
Replace it with the SAME SIZE. Not a larger one.

I am having problems with my emergency flashers working as well as my parking lights and turn signals. I've replaced fuses but they only work for about 30 seconds after I replace the fuses.

double posted, answered today , backup one.

fuse 34, see that?
login to alldata.com and read the BCM diagnose page.
see fuse 34 , the hot all time fuse to BCM... its blown,

fuses blow to prevent a fire. so do not be tempted to put in a bigger fuse. or you get,. yes, BOOM (4th july)

Auxiliary power outlet not work

Some of the outlets are on the aux fuse in the passenger compartment, and the others are on the AUX PWR fuse in the fuse box near the battery.
Your owners manual should list the fuse locations.

No power to cd player or ceiling light grand vitara 2003

fuse, called dome fuse is blown, or radio fuse.
fuses that look bad, are, fuses that look good, may be...........
check fuses with an ohmmeter, fuses that look good can have very tiny cracks and are not good, only an ohmmeter works, on fuses with 100% accuracy. (a volt meter works in circuit even better !!!)
Did you test the dome lamp to see if it really works?
pull it , put across 12v battery ,does it glow?
did you look at the radio. and see if it has its own inline fuse?
did you hot wire the radio power wire to see if the radio even works at all?
if you have DMM with voltmeter this is so very easy to trace.
ask.

Dashboard lights not working and brake light also not working but all the other lights work

Check the fuse, the fuse must be in the main fuse box. The position and function of the fuses is normally marked on the inside of the fuse box cover and also in the owner's handbook. If you don't come right with these, work your way through the fuses looking for a blown one. To ease your search for the required, fuse it should be around 20 amps.

My ranning lights on rear end dosnt work. My brake lights work turn singnals work but my running lights don,t work and dash lights

GET A GOOD FUSE TESTER, TEST ALL THE FUSES. THERE IS A FUSE BOX UNDER THE DASH, CHECK EACH FUSE TURN ON HEADLIGHT SWITCH, THE FUSES CAN BE TESTED WHILE STILL IN THE FUSEBOX. POWER ON ONE SIDE, FUSE IS BAD. POWER ON BOTH SIDES, FUSE IS GOOD. POWER ON NEITHER SIDE, SPARE FUSE. IF THERE IS NO POWER AT THE TAIL LIGHT FUSE, THE HEADLIGHT SWITCH MAY BE BAD. IF THE FUSES ARE THE OLDER GLASS BARREL TYPE THEY MAY HAVE BECOME CORRODED OR RUSTY. IF SO YOU WILL NEED TO CLEAN THE FUSE BOX CONTACTS WITH FINE GRIT SANDPAPER & PUT IN A NEW FUSE.
