Patience just keep on tugging gently and it should eventually spring back. If it does not you will have to replace it as it is a critical safety component. If you feel competent you could dismantle and move the latch inside, possibly lubricating it very slightly, but like I said it is a safety component so you need to be sure what you are doing.
I hope I have been of help but please do not hesitate to ask if you have any further questions.

My auto window's will not lock. Horn blow's if all in back and passangers windows are locked manually. I can lock the drivers side if the passanger side winder is unlocked. Can you help me?

Have it scanned to read the codes in the Komfort/Secuity controller (ECU) A dealer or independent shop can do this.

There are micro switches in the door locks that fail.

As far as rear passenger problem...remove the lower rear seat bolster and check for wire/s being crushed between the seat frame and floor pan.

INSTRUMENT CLUSTER

It is probably where the seat belt plugs in (Stalk) This will cause both lights as it is part of the SRS (Suplimental Restraint System). Start by looking under the drivers seat at the wire from the seat belt stalk & look for any damage to the wireing. Then check passanger side. It is normaly drivers side cause that is the seat that gets mved most. All SRS plugs should be yellow for identification

My automatic seatbelt doesnt work anymore. i have a 1990 accord lx 5-speed and it used to get stuck have way and know it wont recline at all. is it a bad fuse or the computer? i disconnected the seatbelt...

If both passengers and drivers side retractable belts have stopped moving, then it's likely the controller that's located under the passengers seat has gone bad. If only one side has stopped retracting and moving then that side motor has probably gone bad.

Ther is no way you can roll it back manually , but you can try to check fuses .
If they Ok , it might be the seat switch itself.

1991 CIVIC LX AUTOMATIC SEATBELTS NOT WORKING.

I had a problem on a 91 Civic DX where the drivers auto seat belt wouldnt move and the beeper would not stop.Had a blown seat belt fuse.Replaced the fuse no more problem. The Seat belt fuses are located under the red cover that covers the positive battery terminal. On mine the fuse closest to the font of the car was for the drivers side auto seat belt the one closest to the windshield is for the passager seat belt. They are green and rated at 30A.
