This truck has the 4.6 engine, the sparkplugs are located on the top of the engine in cylinder head, you will need to remove the top cover on the head then you will see the coils, there are six coils remove the bolt holding the coil ,do one cylinder at a time, with bolt removed then disconnect plug to coil then pull coil up and out then theres the sparkplug inside the hole the coil comes out of, do this to all cylinders . hope this helps good luck.
