What fuse for the fog light ford focus - 2000 Ford Focus

Check on line as well for the replacement...use search engine...2005 Ford Focus Fog Light...also your local salvage yard might have it for less...this should be a plug in unit...so no wiring concerns...Hope this helps.

Fuses come to mind first but it would be unusual to have only a single fuse for L-R and both sets of lights.
It may also be a failed relay and there may be one single one that shuts off all lighting when the ignition is turned off.
For such circumstances, I always recommend that folks invest in a service manual for their cars; we have one in each.
For the ~ $20 US, it sure beats paying a tech to answer a simple question. I like Haynes better than others:

fog lights should only come on when dip/main lights are on,not side/running lights.

i wiried up my focus estate with the following no relays needed as the wiring is protected by the car fuses
pin 1.yellow/left hand indicator
pin 2.blue fog light
pin 3.white/earth
pin 4.right hand indicator
pin 5.brown/right hand tail light
pin 6.red/ brake lights
pin 7. black left hand tail light
connect these to the car wiring with scotch locks as follows/red/blue.right hand indicator/blue.left hand indicator,green/black,left hand indicator,red/green,right hand indicator,orange right hand light,orange and white,left hand lights, finally green/yellow fog light

It is possibly the light switch that is faulty but before you change this make sure you check all fuses and relative relays

remove under panels and fit ure new one

the fog lights and the headlights work together. the fog light switch is in the on off switch for the headlights push the knob would be pulled out for your fog lights and pushed in for your headlights and just turn to on position
