I had this problem and i just used a normal kitchen knife to lever the cd up or down to get it facing the slot and then eject, it just seems to stick on the fascia, if it wont take a cd in there is probably already a cd stuck in it.
I have the same Problem and I stuck another one in hoping it would dislodge it or something, Anyone know how to get the face plate off atleast so I can get into it ???

The only way to fix your problem is to have a radio repair shop take it apart. You cannot fix this on your own. Remove the radio or get a quote from a repair shop first. If you cannot find a repair shop , talk to the parts guys at you local ford dealer about sending it out for repair.

hello,all you need to do is just to take off the CD PLAYER AND THIS HAS TO BE DONE BY AN ELECTRONIC EXPERT.HE WILL LOOSE THE DECK FROM THE CAR,UNSCREW IT AND TAKE OFF THE CD MANUALLY.THEN HE WILL RE COUPLE IT BACK AS IT WAS.
I SUGGEST HE CHECKS THE LENS PLAYER ALSO SINCE IF THE LENS PLAYER IS FAULTY IT WILL MAKE THE CD PLAYER NOT TO PLAY ANY CD,OR ALSO THE RUBBER THAT ROTATES THE PLAYER IN IT IS ALSO SLACKED SO HW WILL NEED TO REPLACE THAT ALSO.
