My 91 dodge shadow will not start .. it turns over , its plugged in but its very cold, what could a possible prognosis ?

spark plugs spark plug wires dist. cap and rotor if it has one change plugs and wires one at a time very important not to cross wires and put in wrong place replace air and fuel filter p.v.c, valve and should be good to go always make sure engine is cold before you start

The speed senser on my 91 2.2 is under the car almost directly behind the oil drain plug on the upper side of the axle housing it has an electrical plug no cable it's held on with 1 bolt remove that and it pulls up pretty easy to expose nylon drive gear.hope that helps

Car not starting or turning over indicates towards multiple possibilities. It can be issue with battery or weak battery. Usually the larger diameter hose and tube/line. Follow line until you see the fitting.

I have found that starting problems relating to moisture can usually be fixed by a new set of good plug wires. get a set made for the motor, not a set of generic ones. and get a can of the spray moisture displacer stuff and spray it on both ends of the wires before you connect them. do one wire at a time so you do not mix them up.

move the steering wheel left and right and try to unlock it like that. it might be hard but i think that shouild help

could be a lot of things from spark plugs to crank sensors. id check the spark plugs first but dodge has a big problem with crank sensors going out though. but it could b a number of things other than that

dont ever pump the gas in a fuel injected car you only pump the gas if its carborated
