As soon as I turn the key to engage the starter, the ENG CONT 10a fuse blows. It's the 6th one down from the top, on the right side.

You have a short somewhere in the starting and ignition systems. Take your car to an automotive electrical specialist immediately. If you put in a large enough fuse the car will start but you could trigger a fire that might destroy the car.

I NEED A WIRING DIAGRAM FOR A 1992 E-150 ECONOLINE CONVERSION VAN, MODEL TMC. I KNOW THAT FORD MANUFACTURERS THE CHASIS AND THEN SENDS THE VANS TO ELKHART, INDIANA TO INSTALL THE CONVERSION PACKAGES.

The diagram is the same for any e-150. The conversion manufacturer adds their harness to the van. If you are having trouble with anything that came from ford, the factory wiring diagram will work. If you have issues with interior lighting or other add on wiring, a lot of those just have to be traced out manually. Usually there is an add on fuse for additional circuits. I've found these fuses tucked into hidden compartments in various places.

How do you remove the back seat from a 1994 chevy g20 van?

I believe the seats are bolted to the floor of the van. Make sure you unplug all electrical connections before removing the seats.

Manual for 1994 chevy g20 custom conversion van

If you need a shop manual for the chassis you can get a used book from Ebay. If it involves lights or other accessories for the conversion part of the van you could try contacting the company that did the original conversion. I doubt they print books with diagrams for the public.

The speedometer and radio went out and only the speedometer will come back from time to time 2001 chevy express van 1500

Hi,
The most common cause for an electrical component to fail in a vehicle dashboard configuration is a blown fuse. According to the diagram for the fuse panel for your vehicle, the radio has two-10 amp fuses, one located in slot 17 and the other in slot 19. Slot 19 should be on the top of the far left row of fuses, while 17 should be on the next row over, one up from the bottom.
The Speedometer issue sounds more like a wire is grounding out somewhere. If it were the fuse, your entire instrument panel would go dead because the entire panel is routed through one 10 amp fuse in slot 4, far right row, third up from the bottom. You can check that fuse as well, but the loss and regaining of power to the speedometer and the fact that you didn't mention other instruments in the cluster going out lead me to believe there is a bad wire somewhere.
Hope this helps!

1998 Chevrolet conversion van. Hesitates on the

lol everything but the actual cause of the problem. The big clue here is your gauges. What sensor going bad will cause the gauges to jump? Ask your mechanic that wasted all your money replacing good sensors. Then you may want to find a good mechanic. The problem is a wiring problem. Probably the main hotline running from the ignition to the fuse block. Somewhere in that area. If you have the spark circuit on a scope you would find it flat line when it hesitates.
I dont think it is a short because if it was you would have blown fuses or smoke and or electrical smell. So it has to be an open circuit that would be nearly impossible to find. If I was going to just start replacing things, I would start with the ignition switch and then the fuse block and then any hot wires to and from both elements.
