Injector nozzles number 1 2 3 not working and injector nozzle number 4 5 6 working what could be the cause

Well depending on what it is. Most of the times you have 2 banks. Banks 1 and 2. Each bank controls 3 injectors each. When one injector is bad, usually shorted it shuts off the whole bank to protect the engine

random misfire. usually fuel related. clogged injectors, clogged fuel filter, weak pump. if it runs rough in the morning and gets better as it warms up, it's probably clogged injectors.

No fuel pressure in injectors

If the fuel preessure reg. is on the fuel rail after the injectors before the return line and is clogged fuel pressure will be higher than specs.but will be in the fuel rail.If reg. is before the injectors(as in at the beginning of the fuel rail) and it is clogged then there probably wont be any fuel in the line. I beleive the injectors may be the point of concern.Check the injector fuses first.

Car bogs down when stepping on gas.

You probably have clogged fuel injectors. Pour a bottle of STP fuel injector cleaner in your tank and see if it helps. If not, most tune up shops can clean your fuel injectors for about $30. Another possible reason is your fuel filters are clogged. Buick fuel filters are inline and can be found under the hood on the fuel line leading to the fuel injectors, and relatively cheap, simply replace the fuel filters.
