The original tire size the vehicle came with should be on a sticker inside the driver or passenger door jamb along with manufacturers suggested tire p.s.i.

It appears to have history. A bit worrying you say 'kinda changed the filter and fluid'. Most are sealed for life, and the amount of fluid is critical. If you drain, you measure what comes out and replace with the same amount of the right type of ATF.

need to set tires at correct pressure you can find a sticker on the inside of drivers door to tell you the correct pressure after you do that it sould reset the light after you drive
Changing tires to another size than what was originally sent on the vehicle can change the accuratcy of the speedometer. To fix this requires changing the gear where the speedometer enters the transmission. The gears you change are probably a dealer item and they could tell you which one you need.
