Replacing the ecm car tuns over but will not start

enlist the aid of an accredited auto electrician as there is a power module in the system that has failed
basically when you have the tail lights plugged in there is a circuit to enable the ecm to run the motor
when you apply the brakes , there is a reverse circuit that is stopping power to the ecm and the engine shuts off
there is a light control module that controls the brakes and tail lights and it gets its power from the light switch and the ECM
The fault will be obvious to an experienced electrician.

run the fault codes first and if no codes show then there is no need to do anything
Cpu program in the ECM continually tunes the system to maximum performance hundreds of times a minute and reports as a fault code when it can no longer keep the system in tune.
basically if it is running good and it ain't broke ---don't fix it.

Ecm must be made for the VIN number car it is used on

make sure you get it tunned . Get it tunned and it will not be a problem for you any more. thank U!

If the ECM was replaced properly it have no efffect on the engine starting. If the starter is turning the engine over then it's doing all it was designed for. I think I would get it out of that shop. I smell a rat over the internhet.

Possibly someone stole your fuel. I would put a 5 gallon jug in it, and try it again. There could be fuel in the filter, but nothing in the tank for the pump to work with.

water is getting into the harness connections for the ECM
use water displacer ( wd-40 or the like ) after a wash or find where the water is affecting and use a spray wax to cover all of the electrical connections

Put the original key in the ignition and let it remain there for 15 minutes, then try to start the vehicle. If that does not work, then the only solution is to have the system replace at a dealership for $1000, or install a bypass system. try starting fluid next time if it start then you have a fuel problem your not getting enough fuel weak fuel pump try a tun up first when you do tun up change your fuel filter also.
