This depends on if it is a 1500 - 2500 - 3500 these are also the weights of the vehicle. 1500 = 1.5 ton etc.

Wrong. Although 1500, 2500, and 3500 are commonly referred to as 1/2 ton, 3/4 ton, and 1 ton, respectively, they are really just model numbers (and certainly do not correlate to vehicle weight). The only way to know what the vehicle weighs is to check the specs, which are often printed on the inside of the driver's door or in the owner's manual. However, with the Vandura, even this won't give you a true weight as these vans are customized either as work vans or conversion (recreational) vans... which greatly affects the weight one way or the other.
