SOURCE: no power to fuel pump 1987 honda prelude

fuel cut relay in drivers dash fuse box. it is located on back side of fuse box,remove and jump (at fuse box )terminal 1 and 2 where relay was removed from.you should then have power to fuel pump.if so repLACE RELAY

your cable is either broken or can loose on your trans axle or behind your instrument cluster. Check those first. cost ????? not sure

Have an 85 Honda Prelude and trying to locate the fuel pump.. I have checked in the tank and it is not there and have tried following all the lines from the engine but cannot find anything that looks close...

check under the drivers side just behind the front door ,you should see a plastic guard under there move the shield away and there will be the pump.

1983 Honda Prelude stall during driving I put gas on carburator it start the engine where is the problem?

first is there gas in the tank first, then check the fuel pump- take out the fuel hose that lead to the carburetor and crank the engine to see if fuel is coming, if not , check all hose leading to the tank - if ok , check the fuel pump- also check fuel filter too . let me know what is doing

No Start, Fuel pump does not activate.

You will need to replace the fuel pump it is located in the gas tank. Disconnect the battery jack the back of the up and place on jack stands, using plywood and a floor jack lower the gas tank and disconnect the fuel pump( it clips on) and pull the tank out and replace with new pump

How to drain a gas tank in a 95 honda prelude

I woulldn't worry about that fuel too much. Let me know if you have done anything to the motor, i.e., cleaned the spark plugs, checked the oil, water/radiator fluid level...corrosion on the battery. What does it sound like when you try to start it?

They make products to add to the gas...fuel stabilizer for example.
