You have to contact the Mercedes Dealer with your Serial Number of your RADIO, they have the codes

Call your local Mercedes-Benz dealer and give them the radio serial number located on the back of the radio. They will give you the radio code for your radio. Hope that helps.

If you're after radio code, you need to contact a Benz dealer and provide your VIN#. Dealer is only source for anti theft radio codes.

sorry to say radio codes are given out at the dealer only. You must show proof of ownership of the car and have the serial # to radio. Or you can use radio-code.com ( http://www.radio-code.com/ ) but you will need your radio serial number.

Remove radio to obtain radio serial number and take to a dealer or call the selling dealer to obtain the code!

Go to the dealer or call them, tell them this is my car and the radio has a code. I need to listen to the music and this car of yours is not letting me. They will give it to you or try reset it for you. Ask how much though before you do anything. They are expensive and they will not let you free easily without paying. No such free service especially from Mercedes.

You can get the code from any Mercedes dealer around you. Or you can have the code by taking the radio out and take the serial to a radio repair shop and they can get the code from the serial.

to get the radio code you need to get the serial number from the back of your radio unit,,call your local dealer, give them the number and they will give you your radio code

If it is the original radio Mercedes can provide the access code # based on your cars VIN number. If they cannot do it based on your VIN, the radio will have to be pulled out and they can give you the code based on its serial #.
