You check all the fuses ? How looking at them ? Did you check for battery voltage across the fuses using a voltmeter ? Did you look at a wiring diagram to see what all is involve in making the blower motor work. Just replacing parts is not how to fix the problem.
CHECK AC / HEATER IGNITION FUSE IT WILL BE 10 AMP FUSE.CHECK HVAC BLOWER 20 AMP FUSE.HAVE BLOWER MOTOR HOTWIRE TO SEE IF BLOWER MOTOR WORKS.BECAUSE THE AC / HEAT CONTROL MODULE OR SWITCH COULD GO BAD WHERE NOTHING WORKS.
CHECK BLOWER MOTOR FUSE AND RELAY.IF BOTH GOOD.REMOVE BLOWER MOTOR HOTWIRE IT.IF DONT WORK REPLACE BLOWER MOTOR.IF BLOWER MOTOR WORKS.HEATER AND AC CONTROL SWITCH IS BAD.
The resistor module, and the plug connector, and known problems in 1999-2006 blower motors for many GM trucks.
Did you also change the connector at the same time?
Here is a step-by-step check you can do to fix it. If you are only
getting high speed (setting 5), then most likely you have a resistor
problem, or the wiring connector to the resistor is bad. The ground
wire prong being bad is a possible cause.
R u sure u tested it correctly? There will be a 30 amp fuse usually associated with the blower motor however u need to look at the motor connections with a meter set to ac. These newer cars use a pwm type drive which is a pulsating dc voltage similiar to ac and should vary in amplitude as u turn ur control for speed. If u have that then ur motor is bad and has to be replaced.
