Lines may be clooged. I would disconnect the fuel line and cranck the engine and make sure fuel is reaching to the engine.

While driving my 1996 chevy blazer stalls out, repeatedly, what would cause this to happen

If this only happens when you let off the gas pedal when slowing down clean the throttle plate in thew throttle body. That should at least help with the problem if not solve it.

What causes a 1995 chevy blazer 4x4 4.3 die when u come to a dead stop ?

Try doing the following.

Engine stalling issue at low speeds

This problem is commonly caused by a dirty automatic idle speed control valve and throttle valve. Buy a can of throttle valve cleaner from NAPA or Carquest (made by CRC chemicals) and spray it into the air intake while the engine is running, use up about 1/2 the can, engine will try to stall hold the speed up, shut it down and let it soak for 30 minutes, restart and blow out the remaining fluid, shut it down and disconnect the negative battery cable for 5 Min's to reset the base idle control

1996 Chevy Blazer won't start unless i add gas to the carb. Turns over fine but won't start.

You could try changeing the fuel filter its located under the drivers door mounted to the frame in the fuel line . But the most likely thing that it could be is the fuel pump. You could check fuse # 9 its a 20 AMP in the fuse box that feeds the relay located in the glove box but on this vehicle even if the relay wore bad the vehicle would still start it would just crank for a longer time . the fuel pump has a beck up power supply also feed from fuse #9 that runs through the oil pressure sending unit. So if its not the fuse its the pump or a bad connection at the pump and that is located inside the fuel tank witch needs to be droped to replace the fuel pumpGood luck with it but this is a common issue with blazers

I have a 95 S10 Blazer- vehicle code W (DI). The car starts fine but immediately wants to stall. If you press the accelerator you can keep it running and it runs down the road just fine until you slow to...

no its not the crank sensor if it were your car would not even start. your problem most likely is the idle air control valve, try removing it and and cleaning it if it does not help it will have to be replaced.

I have a 2001 Chevy Blazer, My problem is ,,in the summer time ,it will stall going down the road,,it will start right back up and run fine for a few minutes then quits again. The hotter the day the more...

you may need all new plugs and wires. Now if you said you had a hard time starting it, i'd say be ready to replace the fuel pump, mine just went out last year at 90k. i have an 02.

My 1996 Chevy Blazer will not start.

It is inside the channel of the frame rail under and to the rear of the drivers door.
