Chrysler has a real bad issue with stick brake calipers. I would first remove the tire and inspect the rim to make sure nothing is rubbing the inside of the rim. The looking at the metal backing plate on the front brakes make sure it hasn't been damages and laying against the rotor. If you don't see anything, then try turning the rotor by hand and see if you hear the sound. If you hear the grinding noise then remove the caliper and turn the rotor again. If the noise goes away it's either time for new brakes (look at the pads) and the rotor surface should be completely smooth. If not replace the rotor and pads. If you are still hearing the sound after the caliper and pads are removed then you still have a faulty hub bearing.
It could be a lemon replacement hub or it could actually be the tire. Check the tires tread for irregular wear patterns. If the hub was loose prior to change this could easily cause the tire to wear in a "choppy" fashion which can also cause a rough humming sound that I have often heard customers refer to as a grinding sound.
