2005 Kia Optima won't run, CodePO338?

error code PO 342 was on the low input. Now the code you are getting is on the problems on the high output for the same Camshaft position sensor. Something "now" is putting out too much juice and can only assume it has to be in the ICM (ignition module) or the coil. If not qualified to do the readings yourself, you will have to take it to someone who can do it.

Autozone reading PO113, PO201, PO204, PO300, PO342, P1627

You may be biting off more then you want to chew.
P0113 is intake air temperature circuit high input.
P0201 is injector circuit malfunction cyl.#1.
P0204 is injector circuit malfunction cyl.#4.
P0300 is random - multiple misfire detected.
There isn't just one reason why these codes came up. A scan-tool is needed to confirm live data and to run some tests to see if these codes are true. some codes come up because something else has malfunctioned.
The intake temp sensor sould be inside the MAF sensor.
