I would say your headlights have burned out. Often times people will lose one and not notice until the other one also burns out. If you can get someone with a voltmeter to check at one headlight for 12-13.8 volts while the headlights are switched on. If voltage is present at the connector then the bulb is burned out most likely. I've seen this many times. Your high beams probably work.
Check the charging system voltage, if it's over 14.8 volts it's too high and will shorten the life of bulbs, battery, blower motor, cooling fan motors and if it gets over 16 volts the vehicle control modules will also get cooked. The voltage regulator is built into the alternator but can be replaced separately. I hope this helps. Take care.
It may sound silly, but check your brake light bulbs to see if they have been installed incorrectly. Brake light bulbs have two filaments, one for tail light, and a brighter one for brake lights. On some cars if the bulb is installed wrong, the brighter filament will stay on for tail lights. The only other thing I can think of is the wrong bulbs have been installed.
could be the connector or the dashboard bulbs themselves. remove the dashboard and check whether the bulbs are accessible. the dashboard itself should not be strip. the bulbs are easily accessible or not at all.
Lights are headlight/bulb out indicator relay and the windows are most likely the conveinece relay or a fuse. Spin the fuses because due to corrosion they may not have clean contact.

The instructions are as follows :---- 1)First of allopen the hood of your car and put a spot light or flash light onto the back of the headlight. Look towardsthe far corner side of the hood, the headlight is located in a space mounted to the far sides. 2)In some of the car models there is a back cover for which you will require a screwdriver to unscrew the back plate to reach to the bulb. properly locate the screws and unscrew the screws using the proper size screwdriver. 3)Then remove the back plate. Note: In some car models there will be a wiring component connected usually by plastic clips, so detach the plastic clips and then pull wiring to the side. Then remove the back plate. 1)Remove the Old Light bulb which will be easily visible. Then remove old light bulb by screwing it to the left slowly and carefully. 2)You can get the new light bulb from local auto store and purchase the bulb exactly that matches the one your car model . 3)Then insert the new light bulb in reverse by screwing to the right, and secure in place confirm bulb is properly connected and fitted and not remained loose. 4)To test whether the bulb is properly connected. Just try turning on headlights and make sure it lights up. 5)Then plug wiring component back in if your model has that.Then put backplate back in place , then insert the screws back in and screw in with screw driver tightly. 6)Then close the hood properly and check out head light again.it will work properly. Purchase the correct bulb, open your hood, unscrew the white retaining ring behind the non working lamp when loose turn black connection 1/4 turn counter clockwise till tabs line up pull straight back remove old bulb put on rubber gloves or BE CAUTIOUS NOT TO TOUCH NEW BULB GLASS WITH BARE FINGERS. Oils from your hands an cause bulb to heat unevenly and cause new bulb to explode in the headlight assembly So with gloved hands open new bulb insert follow steps in reverse to reassemble.
