My 2006 H3 is leaking on the inside through the roof. The sun roof does not leak but water is pouring in to the vehicle. Why?
Check sunroof drain holes are not blocked.
As megzee69 stated, check for blocked drain lines in the sunroof drain tub attached to the frame of the sunroof. Also, check to see if the drain lines are connected to the tub, they have a tendency to come loose and allow water to enter the cabin through the headliner. You will need to drop the headliner to gain access to the the drain lines. Reattach drain lines using small zip ties to prevent the lines from detaching again. To test, pour a cup of water into the sunroof tub near the drains and look for puddles to form behind the front tires on either side. Hope this helps!

you need to check and see if there is any debris blocking the drain tubes for the sun roof. If not then you need to follow the tubes and look for kinks or other reasons why its not able to drain off quickly.
