Could be the neutral safety switch located under the boot of the shifter. Do you have a second key, try using it to see if it makes a difference. Does the car turn over, Are all the electronics dead, this would be the battery, have you checked the fuel, how long has it been setting.

Might be a fuel pump. The gas treatment shouldn't have anything to do with it. Was it running bad before you put the gas treatment in it? Take off the gas cap and put your ear next to the opening and see if you can hear the fuel pump kick on and off. You will need someone to urn the key to the on position while you listen. Don't try and start it, just turn the key where it would normally be when it is running. If you can't hear the fuel pump kick on and off then that is probably your problem.
Has the battery been disconnected right before this happened? How many miles are on it and which engine do you have in your Lancer? The 2.0L or the 2.4L?
I know this is an old post but if you replace an ecu, pcm or ecm in a mazda it needs to be reflashed(reprogrammed). I am going through this right now but come to find out nothing was wrong with my pcm it just has a wiring issue or so i think! hope this helps others that may be looking.
Car no start problem is sometimes very difficult to confirm.
You try all the possible things, but still you get no fault and problem is still the same.--------
In that case, you need to check few things individually.
Check the spark, the battery, the crank, the fuel and other most possible parts.
