Chevrolet 2007 Aveo 5 Hatchback - My air conditioning light comes on when switch is depressed but no air con. I don't hear the usual 'clicking' sound when the ac is selected. Suspect a relay is gone, anyone know where I can find a wiring diagram for vehicle and layout of engine and instrument fuse panels. Thanks.
When this happens, my first suspicion is that the system needs charging. If you don't have a gage to check the low side pressure, you can bypass the low pressure switch by removing the connector and placing a paper clip across the terminals in the connector. If this allows the clutch to engage, charge the system. If not, then read the diagram at the link to see other possible causes, such as the fuse, the relay, or the control panel.

try removing the plug off the low pressure switch on the accumalator plug a paper clip into the plug and turn ac on if it comes on then your low pressure switch is bad or your low on refigerant.

the stereo bracket is bolted in. To get to the bolts you must remove the trim. There is a nice long trim piece on both sides of the stereo that extend down to the cup holders. Work a credit card under the pointed edge and pull outward. It will pop loose with a little effort. Then you can pop it loose from its top by pulling on the trim piece itself. This will expose a half a dozen bolts. Use a socket wrench on a bit driver to reach the deeper two. Once the bolts are unscrewed, the whole radio bracket will be loose and you can pretty much figure it out from there. Just a factory harness to disconect and an antennae wire and a few small screws (maybe).

No. Most likely it is the blower module. It is on the passenger's side lower part of the dash panel.

Hi.
1. The buld holder has gone bad.
or
2. The wiring to low beam needs to be looked into.
