I turn on the ignition switch and have to wait until I hear a clicking on 1994 jeep wrangler. On warm days the click happens quickly and on cold days, I have to wait 30 minutes to hear the click. Once it clicks, it starts right up. Is it the ignition, fuel pump or relay? Help plea!

Did you check your battery cables? If they are loose or corroded you may not be getting a good connection, and of course it takes less power to start a car on a warm day than a cold one.

Im having the same issue and discovered if I jiggle the key in the ignition while turning the switch I got the blinkers and radio to operate. Shut it off and tried again, they work. but this has happened before and I think its more frequent. Im also thinking worn ignition switch. Hope it helps.

1995 JEEP WRANGLER 2.5L HARD START COLD 1 START OF THE DAY

When you're trying to start it for the first time of the day, look at the dash to see if the check engine light is on when you first turn on the ignition. If the check engine light is not lit up, your Jeep ecu is in need of repair and the vehicle will not start until that check engine light finally comes on.

1995 Jeep Wrangler 2.5L Fuel Pump/Check engine light

Could be one of several items...I'd check the fuel pump relay, auto shutdown relay and the ignition switch itself. I'd bet on it being one of those relays but, we all have been fooled at least once!!! I'd also make sure that body and engine grounding is good and clean. Relays can't work properly without a good ground.

Starting problem

Providing that the motor turns when you turn the key, I'm going to guess that you may have a bad ignition switch or a poor connection somewhere between the key and the pump. I just checked the only wiring diagram I have and am seeing two fuel pump relays. This diagraqm has lied to me before, but it may be worth checking this out!

Headlights do not work when cold

I have never heard of this before, but I would check the headlight relay. The relay could be sticking internally, although this would be a rare condition. It might also have a corroded socket or terminals. If you can locate the relay, see if it is identical to another relay...and just swap it, being careful to not swap it with something that will not allow the car to run. Relays are cheap. You can also find it by having someone else switch the lights on and off repeatedly, while you listen for clicking under the hood with the engine not running. When you hear clicking, identify the relay by placing a finger on it as the lights are being switched on and off. You will be able to feel the relay switching on and off. Of course, you will have to wait until the lights actually come on when trying to find the relay. Good luck. Chip
