Best way is to use a pressure bleed system which adds brake fluid under pressure from the caliper and up the the reservoir.

If the alarm system has a battery remove it otherwise removing the car battery for a while may reset it. In emergency contact your local toyota dealers mechanics department and they may be able to help you at no cost.
If you put a general enquiry on google you might get lucky, do not be too specific. i.e. toyota 1994 alarm reset procedure

Open the trunk and pull back the carpet behind the lights. If i remember correctly there are two bolts on each side that you need to remove. Once they are off, use a little bit of force and pull the entire plastic light casing (from the outside of the car) to the left (if you are on the left side of the car) or to the right (if you are replacing the right side lights).
