You have the 3.2L 6cyl ? The wire connector at each coil that is positioned above the sparkplug is a bit tricky to remove. Start with an easy to get at one-like one on engine front passenger side. There is a clip you have to push in to release the connector-it will slide out. Then remove two screws holding coil to valve cover and pull it up-it will have a long boot on it. Use a sparkplug socket and long extension to remove sparkplug. Tip: driver's side sparkplug located nearest to firewall of car is a bit tricky to get out because of steering/master brake cyl-use two short extensions-when sparkplug is unscrewed from engine-lift it up a bit-remove one extension-then lift plug out.

My Isuzu Rodeo 95 doesnt have normal spark plugs-do I have to replace each cell? How often should these cells be changed?

hi this vehicle is the same as the Honda passport, just under a different name below is a link for the spark plug\'s you need, these are exactly the same vehicle under a different badge and they just are normal spark plugs, you might just be looking at the high tension leads that connect to the plugs, pull one off and you will see normal plugs, or check out images on line of your vehicle motor/engine...

Does anyone know how to change 2002 Rodeo spark plugs? or where they are?

The plugs are located in the rocker covers, follow the plug wire from the coils, pull the stem out, about 6 inches long, get your extension on your socket with the right plug wrench, pull the plugs one at a time, replace with platinum tipped plugs and replace the wire, go to the next plug. Now,, I don't know why you are changing plugs, Most cars go over 100k miles without even thinking about them, I have changed my plugs once in 15 years, 94 rodeo. 245,000 miles. A tip, get a piece of hose to drop the plug back in and get it started in the hole, also use it to get the plug out if your socket won't hang on to it.

1999 isuzu 3.2 misfire

This could be a problem with the spark plug wires. If resistance is high or the boots have carbon tracks, they could be causing spark to go places it shouldn't. Distributor cap?
Make sure places like that are clean and dry. Check for grease or dirt inside spark plug boots. If all else fails, open the hood in the dark and look for sparks jumping around the engine when you rev it up. If so, replace the plug wires.

96 isuzu 4wd 3.2 motor

If the engine turns over fast enough it is not the batt or starter.do you perform regular services like oil and filter changes.check fuel filter for restrictions, pull a spark plug and check plug condition and gap.you may just need a tune up.use good NGK spark plugs not cheap ones, when it comes to ign sys cheaper is not better, but dont get hosed, check around for price.
