With manual transaxle, my info says, 51--55 ft lbs. I can only tell you what my database shows.

Check the Wiring Diagrams Section for fuse description and location (page 672 and next).

If you know anyone that can hook up to the computer and read the codes...that would be a good place to start.

Sometimes, if they're not too busy, Autozone will tell you what the codes are....It's worth a shot.

remove complete rack and push bushes in/out using correct tool.
refit rack and refill fluids.

cmp sensor(camshaft position sensor)check the wiring harness first.to see if its loose if not then it needs replaced thats what trouble code 13 list.

When the head gasket is changed, is the head resurfaced to make certain it is flat? Has anyone checked the block to make certain it is flat as well? Has the head been pressure tested to mak ecertain there is not a crack? That is what I would be looking at in your situation.
