Heater on 1995 Chrysler Concorde stopped heating. Replaced water pump and thermostat. Blows semi warm air out of one dash vent and pure cold out of other dash vent. Does anyone know codes to reset?

This is most likely being caused by a defective air temperature control blend door and or actuator. This part moves back and forth deep inside the HVAC ducting to divert air across the Heater core or the AC Evaporator core, when they fail or stick they can create this issue.

Sounds like the heater core

If the heater hoses are hot, the usual problem is a blend door under the dash.

the heater vacuum motor and lines needs to be checked.Also get the blend door checked.

There are no heater control valves of years gone by. And if the water pump was not pumping the engine would run very hot.
If the radiator is full, and the thermostat is working, the heater hoses should be hot, and the problem could be a faulty blend door under the dash. The blend doors direct air thru the heater core and the ac evaporator as well as the vents.

Water level perhaps. When you hit the accelerator the water volume increases. Check your water level and make sure that your thermostat is opening and closing properly. Water level I'm thinking

Thermostat.? if you haven't? Do it first then try it. While the car is running for a while touch the heater hoses that lead to the firewall. if one is cold and one is hot? You have a blocked Heater core. Follow the hoses back to the engine. Unconnect them both. By using a garden hose flush out the heater core do one side and then reverse by doing the other hose Lots of junk will come out so be care ful. Mistake people make is "Flushing the system" That doesn't mean your flushing the heater core.
Seeing that you have done everything else it could be the thermostat which you didn't list or the heater core being clogged. When you finished installing the thermostat and flushing the heater core out. Replenish the coolant system . If you have a bleeder on the thermostat housing? use it . loosen it and top off the fluid until you see fluid comeout of the bleeder. The system being air bound would cause no heat..
