Ok there should be 2 fuse boxes on this vehicle one under the driverside dash one under hood your horn fuse is under dash replace and replace your horn high resistance will cause the horn fuse to blow

There was a recall done on those vehicles in 2008 for the same issues. Something about a clock spring. If the recall work has not been done on your SUV, bring it to a dealer.
They are round "cans" with wires attached. You should have SSA, SSB, SSC, Torque converter and Pressure Control solenoids. They control pressures and have no mechanical linkage.
