Low air flow to feet when heat is on ?

Sounds to me that you might have a leak in the line. Those heaters are all Vacume actuated.

No heat but blows cold air

Not if the engine is getting up to normal temp. Could be low on coolant or a problem with the heater core or a blend door under the dash.

Why did the heat and a/c stop working in my 2001 chevy malibu

I am having the same issue. Just replaced the two hoses at the top of the recover tank (possible leak). While running at a stand still, the inside air was only blowing out cold. Let the car run for about 15 minutes to check for signs of leak and while we found none, inside heat never came on.
With in 15 seconds of pulling out of the garage, the heat decided to work

This model has a weak connector on the blower resistor. Remove the hush panel on the passenger side and disconnect the resistor. Look for signs of melting on the connector plastic near the ground terminal. The resistor may also have failed. I have the wiring diagram somewhere if you need it.

96 Jeep Country-Heater blowing warm; NOT hot

unless you got visable signs of leakage its not heater core, but it could be pluged with sediment. take off both heater hoses and flush it both ways until it runs clear. you can also mix a little baking soda and water and pour in core and let set for a while and then flush.

Blowing but no heat!

If you haven't had the car long and don't know its history check that the thermostat hasn't been removed, or that it isn't stuck
Good luck
