1999 GMC Safari, rough running, knock detonation at wide open throttle

It seems like a problem with your ignition system. You could take a look under the hood at night / in the dark to see if there are any sparks between the spark plug wires and anything they touch or lay close to.
As the engine needs to be running during this test, please watch out not to touch any moving parts as it might lead to severe injury.

If you see any sparks - change the spark plug cables. If not, try to move the cables (with engine off) away from any metal parts they could be touching. Then start the engine and see if the problem persists. If it makes no change, you will have to start replacing the spark plugs, rotor + cap, wires and maybe the coil.

My safari 1991 have not electricity in sparks

The first thing a mechanic would check is for power and a ground signal for the coil. The pickup coil in the distributor sends a signal to ground the coil. The coil sends the spark to the distributor cap thru the rotor to the plug wires.

I have gmc safari 2002 one day I was coming home from work all of sudden the van cut off while driving I towed to the machinc but they can not find the problem the battery and starter are new and fuel pump...

You need fuel, spark at the right time, and compression for the engine to run.
You'll have to figure out if it is a fuel or ignition problem if the compression is ok.
The list includes low fuel pressure, cap-rotor-wires, spark plugs, coil, ignition module, various relays and fuses, and the computer.
Even the key switch could be faulty.
I would check for trouble codes first.

My 2001 GMC Safari has been running rough for a couple weeks now.. I've replaced spark plugs, spark plugs wires, coil, radiator, cap and rotor and checked the egr valve, check the maf sensor. Nothing...

Look and make sure your computer is good! PCM could be failing you! Injectors don't really go bad! Also look at you fuel pressure make sure it's strong!

New plugs are needed. They could be broken inside, even if they look OK from the outside.

1999 safari van 4.3 6 cyl. has a service code PO

P0301 is a DTC code that indicates a misfire to cylinder one. It could be a bad spark plug, spark plug wire, rotor and cap, a dirty fuel injector, or the worst a bad head gasket. Cylinder 1 is the first cylinder on the drivers side, towards the front. Start with the simple and check the spark plug wire and add fuel injector cleaner to the gas tank. Good luck and hope this helps you get you van running 100% soon. If that did not help, then your going to have to do a tune up by replacing the spark plugs, wires and rotor and cap. You can get all the parts you need at Auto Zone and they can give you the step by step to get the job done with common tools in under 2 hours of your time. Keep me posted, be glad to know you got your van running 100% again soon.

1999 GMC Safari

Check for moisture in the distibutor cap and dry it out. Also check for a spark at the sparkplugs when you get it running. The spark must be blue, not yellow. Replace coil if it's yellow.
