WHY WOULD ECM-B FUSE BLOW 10 AMP

right off the bat, sounds like a very bad ground. no fuse should blow like that. i would check the ground and then if that is ok check the wiring to and from the fuse block. also if all that is ok, the computer might be at fault but i doubt it. wiring is hard to replace but on newer cars you can unplug sections of it and replace it but older ones the just nuts with wires. i hope that helps some

Safari rear door latch broken

It could be that the rod has come detached from the latch mechanism itself. I had this problem on my 94 Safari. I had to remove the panel for the hatch portion (I have the dutch doors) and release the door manually (Terrible design not having an easily accessed internal release!). Once you have the door open, you can reconnect the rod into the original socket. I recommend using some safety wire through some existing holes to pull the rod tightly into the socket, but not so tight that the rod will not move. another option is to use a clip like this one that fits around the rod and linkpoint. Either of these will keep the rod firmly in place. c9753e1d-0cc0-44c7-bcb1-cb251caee0bb.jpg

93 GMC Safari overheating. This happened

It would appear your thermostat is stuck in the closed position , find where it is on your engine, drain coolant and remove thermostat housing and stat, replace housing(liquid gasket OK) and coolant. now run engine, turn heater controls to hot leaving filler cap off, top up any water to max and replace cap now warm up to temp until fan comes on. if all ok replace thermostat with a new one and new gasket, you could also flush the sytem out at the same time with a hose pipe by loosening one of coolent pipes and flush radiator.
