This is a #7 coil on plug code and either the plug maybe loose or broken on top or it is misfiring check the plug wires for rubbing and exposed inner wire leaking voltage to ground make sure that the pcm connector is tight and properly on with no bent pins also check where the wire plugs into the coil that fitting on the coil could be cracked and leaking voltage to the fuel rail #7 is located on the left bank of the engine (driversside) 5678 front to rear ok

chances are its the sending unit in the fuel tank unfortunatly there is no easy solution for this other than droping the tank and removing the float or the info wire has broke and thats not fun to find either

Local Ford dealership service department provide answer on location of the fuse panel. Fuse panel is located directly under the steering column. The cover panel is held by two screws and the power antenna swithch locking ring must be removed.

i would have to say to check for a relay in your fuse boxes for power steering pressre switch or it may have its own police pkgs have a lot of relays due to all the extras
