I need parts for my dad's S40 Volvo (1998)

I need parts for my dad's volvo in Argentina. The thing is that the S40 (1998) is not listed here in the US. The earliest I think is 2000 or 2001. Do you know if this is the same model?? The required parts are:
- External left turning plastic signal
- Rear left light (plastic)
- Anti fog right light
- Hood spring (the one that holds it up while open)

Call Carquest auto parts. they have a import system called WorldPac. they can get you any(and I mean any),Volvo part you need. 2-3 days tops. and the prices are half what volvo charges. call them; they can help!

It is sort of like the check engine light for the 2000 Volvo S40 and other Volvo Models. One of your sensors has most likely failed. You will need to connect and electronic tester to get the code to determine which component is faulty. Thanks for using Fixya.

Engine management light volvo s40 problem
The best thing is to go to your local Volvo maintenance shop or Volvo experts to find out whats the problem..usually the coomon ones I think is the programs inside its ECU unit..you try this..ask the volvo experts to reset the ECU and lets see..if problem arise then it is no doubt you might need the sensor..hope this help..
