I have a 1984 delta 88. It had a blown intake gasket and in removing the intake the vacuum lines were brittle and broken. Back together the lines are crossed and need a diagram to shoe the correct design

Try the autozone.com website and register your car there. It's free and will give you access to an online repair manual for the car. The vacuum diagrams for your car can be found there. ( I checked) Hope this helped and best wishes.

Dash vents 1985 heat

Lots of older cars, especially ones without air conditioning, didn't use vacuum controls, but used cables and levers.
If you do have vacuum lines, will have one from engine's intake manifold going through the firewall and into the back of the control panel to a pod-like device that distributes vacuum to several controllers on the heater/AC case under the dash. Several vacuum lines exit the control panel, each goes to a small diaphragm tank or canister next to the door it operates.

1984 F150 won't idle

It sounds to me like there is still a pretty good vacuum leak somewhere, and you should also check for any dis-connected or missing vacuum lines on the intake manifold, at the carburetor, and the large vacuum hose to the brake booster unit and the vacuum valve at the brake booster unit for any vacuum leaks or broken vacuum lines/hoses, and they can be hard to find because cracks in the vacuum hoses like to hide on the under-side of the vacuum lines/hoses especially the hard plastic ones. Also the carburetor could be loose or the carburetor base gasket could be damaged, the EGR valve gasket could be damaged, or the intake manifold gasket could be damaged, and these are all the most likely places to suspect a major vacuum leak.
