It was not totally clear what you are trying to fix. Is it the turn signals or the hazard lights. Both can be referred to as "flashers". The turn signals have an associated relay that may go bad...not necessarily the fuse. A helpful to find the relay location is to turn on your signal lights and the relay will start clicking which will make it much easier to find

Inside of the heater box. If you follow the heater hoses to the firewall under the hood, the heater core is located inside of the cabin opposite the connections under the hood. Not an easy job to change.

The fuse panel should be located under the dashboard, to the left of the steering column. Hope this helps.

the relay is built into the wiper motor its called the pulse contol module and comes with a new wiper motor. make the wipers come on and then get them to stay on while wiper switch is in the off position, then tap the wiper motor and see if it turns off, if it does then u need a wiper motor assembly and be careful opening the hood some wiper arms will contact the hood when the hood is open and the wipers are on

Check compression test minimum 125 psi and above with gas pedal down check fuel pressure and ignition timing, check idle speed valve PCV valve is on top of your rocket cover with a hose going to inlet manifold by hose vacuum hose leaking or loose .air filter ,or exhaust blockage .

Assuming this is an automatic transmission, odds are you have lost a band in your transmission, this will require a rebuild,  you may also notice it will fail to shift into high gear as well?

Doesn't sound like an Idle problem to me. Sounds more like a timing issue,probably has some slack in the timing chain based on its age so even with new plugs it needs a timing adjustment.

Check for power to the fuel pump. Is it possible the old pump was fine but had no power to it? If there is no power than check the fuse and the relay.
